HUMBERSTONE SPEEDWAY 2014 Line – Up Procedures

FIRST 4 WEEKS – ALL DIVISIONS:

 

?

All drivers will draw for heat race starting positions.

If 11 or less cars:

 

– One heat will be run.

– All cars will qualify for the Feature.

– Top 4 to the redraw

– Remaining heat race cars will start straight up behind the redraw cars the way they finish the heats.

– Any other cars not finishing their heat will be added to the tail of the field.

– Most Recent Feature winner can start no better than last in the redraw.

 

12-17 cars:

 

– Two Heats will be run.

– All cars will qualify for the Feature.

– Top three from each heat to the redraw

– Remaining heat racecars will start straight up behind the redraw cars the way they finish the heats.

– Any other cars not finishing their heat will be added to the tail of the field.

– Most Recent Feature winner can start no better than last in the redraw.

18 – 27 cars:

 

– Maximum of 24 cars will start the Feature.

– Three Heats will be run.

– Top Six from each will Qualify

– Top three from each heat to the redraw

– Remaining heat racecars will start straight up for the consolation race the way they finish the heats.

– Any other cars not finishing their heat will be added to the tail of the field.

– Top 6 from the consolation will qualify for feature positions 19-24

– Most Recent Feature winner can start no better than last in the redraw.

28 – 40 cars:

 

– Maximum of 24 cars will start the Feature.

– Four Heats will be run.

– Top Five from each heat will Qualify

– Top two from each heat to the redraw

– Remaining heat racecars will start straight up for the consolation race(s) the way they finish the heats.

– Any other cars not finishing their heat will be added to the tail of the field.

– Top 4 cars from the consolation race(s) will qualify for feature positions 19-24

– Most Recent Feature winner can start no better than last in the redraw.
