May 20, 2014   During post-race inspection following Sunday night’s “Gnome Cup” Go Nuclear Late Model Series event at Utica-Rome Speedway, series tech officials identified a discrepant seal configuration, with two engine-builder seals in place (incomplete) and nominal GM bolts in other required locations.
